did you sign the document? I've been getting the same emails and not happy that I cannot confirm that we are not going to be giving our account details to someone doing a scam. Numbers that I have called as you said all different, but call centres obviously in philippines not australia. Is there an australian number for tpg that you have found i.e. head office?

receiving emails from TPG Telecom Australia, for the last 2 months. Wanting me to sign a docusign document to allow them to move my internet contract, as they are selling to another company. This is a different phone number to the previously used ones in their correspondence.
