Caller: Scam call

Was driving so picked up as my car screen doesn't show names, just numbers. Recorded message in heavy Asian accent, initially says something in Chinese (I think??), then in English, trying to claim they have tried contacting me many times. I hung up at that point, knowing it is a scam. Phone asked if I knew the number or should it report and block scam. I reported and blocked.
