This is a Microsoft Verified conferencing number which is used my multiple companies including spammers and legitimate companies who call from Microsoft Teams

They left a message, Tried to get me to confirm a non-existent ebay purchase

Caller: ?

Automated call saying they were from eBay and were going to debit $200 from my account. That’s the message they let. I’ve blocked the number.
I don’t have an account with eBay.

"Potential fraud" shown on the window of my mobile phone when I looked at the incoming number which I did not recognise. I rang the number and there was a message asking me to talk whilst I was being connected.
