Said was from NAB and that there had been a breach on our card and wanted me to confirm if there was any unusual transactions on our card. They sent a text message from 132265AU to verify that I was on the phone with Andrew. He then said this confirms that you’re on the phone with NAB but I said anyone can use a different number on a text. He then became defensive which was a bit of a concern. He was trying very hard to keep me on the phone. Ended up hanging up on him but he rang back. Said we’d ring NAB direct. Definite scammer. Rang NAB immediately didn’t have any record of anyone ringing us.
