Caller: No Idea No message left, search of number came back with nothing, tried calling and get a run-around message service that goes nowhere

Caller: Telemarketer Elec said we get 35K from the government for solar, we are located inside a shopping centre, soooo ? , they also just answer as just 'hello' and 'we called you because' so i assume they prank business phones and wait for call backs. Sounds scammy as always and so sick of these calls.
