Recorded message stating a case representative with you shortly and then Muzak. That's it. Very peculiar. Suspect scam.

Caller: TAFE NSW

Caller is TAFE NSW. They can be super slow with responding to enquiries about billing errors, but when they finally respond, they'll stalk you to the grave. Especially if they think you owe them money (but not actually addressing the issue raised in the first place). Usually they don't even leave messages or a voicemail, but eventually one of the callers has the sense to do so so you can work out who keeps stalk-calling you.

This is ARMA, a private company hired by TAFE NSW to collect outstanding student fees. It is a LEGITIMATE number and not a scam. If you studied at TAFE NSW at anytime and you still owe fees then it's likely they will refer your debt here. They also use Revenue NSW to collect outstanding fees (no different really to my univ who was chasing me too).

supposedly a debt recovery service for TAFE. but I haven't been at TAFE since 2016 and do not owe money... be wary.

Call is not spam - is TAFE chasing up payment. They won't leave a voicemail but will send an email reminder after trying to reach you. If you call back you will be put on hold but someone will usually answer shortly

Hi just to let you know the call is actually from tafe NSW and is not a spam call I thought it was one at first cause there was music but I have clarified that it’s them as they also sent me an e-mail

Left a 101 saying they were from Tafe and asked me to call back on this number. Yet Tafe is on holidays so obviously a scam. (Name sounded like Muzak)
