Caller: A Claimed to be Telstra about our IP address. Foreign male with noisy background. Didn't trust as had several similar calls recently that were poorly done and obviously phishing

Caller: Fake Telstra Telstra calling, suggesting my data speed is slow and causing errors at their end. I told him I was too busy to talk and for him to send a Technician on a house visit. He refused so I hanged up.
