Caller: Some Indian guy

For the last 3 days I have been getting numerous phone calls from a landline number that seems to be in NSW but when I block it they just call again with the same number with the exception of the last 2 digits which has gone up (28, 29, 30, 31 but before that it was 11, 12, 13, 14, 15), I answered a couple of times and a person with a thick Indian accent mentioned something about joining their website and he asked about personal details and that's when I thought they were fishing for details and so I hung up and I have placed my phone on "Do Not Disturb" ever since and continued to block any calls similar from then on which they seem to be coming every day so far.
