Caller: "Telstra" Wanting to offer a discount to my Telstra account - I no longer have a Telstra account. Mark then put me through to his manager Frank Anderson. They wanted my billing information. They had my name and address and couldnt pronouce either - which as a local number they should be able to pronounce local areas and streets.
