Caller: Telstra Technical Department

Hoax call threatening to cut off phone access within one week. I told the caller I knew where they lived and that I'd be there in an hour or so. They hung up.

Had 4 calls from this number in 18 hours

More Indian sounding "Telstra" people. They didn't get to the point of their call, but knew my name and tried to assure me they were in Melbourne - while calling from a Sydney number. Eventually they hung up.

I'm sick to f*cking death of these pricks! If I ever find out who they are, they're in deep sh*t. My attitude towards them is beginning to cause problems in our home. Microsoft Technical Department indeed!

Rings, there is silence, then an automated voice says 'Goodbye'. It sounds as if they have hung up, but it stays connected.
