He told me they were ringing to tell me that the register now blocks overseas calls as to date it only blocked local numbers. He claimed that when I setup on the do not call register that I used a credit card to authenticate my identity which expired in 2010. To my knowledge there is not need for that. I told him he was scamming me and I would not be giving him any information - he hung up. I tried to call the number and it does not connect. Definitely a scam!!!!!
