I seem to be getting a lot of calls lately from similar phone numbers all with the same type of scam. Really bizarre call from clueless Indian scammer woman. It started out as a pre-recorded message saying my internet connection is going to be disconnected and I should press 1 to fix the problem. I pressed 1 and then some Chinese woman started talking very fast. I said 'hello' and then some Indian woman says 'how can I help you'. I said 'YOU called me, what did YOU want?'. Then she said 'oh yes your internet connection is creating bad files and causing problems and it needs to be fixed'. I told her the recorded message said my internet was going to be disconnected. Then she said 'ok we can fix it'. I said I didn't want it fixed. She insisted I go to my computer and turn it on. So I said ok (I actually did nothing). Then she asked me to google for 'Telstra Speedtest'. I said ok. She asked me what was it saying on screen and I said "THIS IS A SCAM HANG UP NOW!!!!"
