Caller: Someone associated with LED light replacements

These people called my landline number and are saying that they have something to do with LED light replacements. I don't know how this system works (where they claim to have info about one's lighting). I've had lights replaced before but to receive an interstate phone call about this matter as a follow up, some two or so years after the change, makes one suspicious. As usual, the person spoke with an accent.
