Service - Staff were 16 year olds with no experience and obviously no training or supervision from the manager. I saw a girl brush rice (couple of hand flicks) onto the floor. Reset tables still had crap on them for the next customer.
Cleanliness - poor.
Value - way way too expensive for what it was. $7 for rice that was served in an old cooler. It was a sad stereotype of an asian restaurant. Poor food, over priced, crappy service and a manager that didn't care.
