I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number. Called back on a private number and received: OPTUS wishes to advise that the number you have dialed has been disconnected. How can someone cal my personal mobile from a disconnected number? Because it would be a scammer doing the dialling from overseas, perhaps. This number is now on my blocked list.
