Pretending to be the Australian Tax Office and claiming it is a final notice for a fine of some sort. I wasn't in the mood to listen to the entire recording which was of poor quality and could be recreated by a 14 year old with a mac computer typing a script and getting the stupid robotic voice to read it aloud.
