are you open on boxing day?

Hi, I was in your shop today & would just like to give some feedback about the service I received. I find it very poor service in any shop that I have given money to when the employee cannot communicate to me in my own language enough for me to understand them. I also think it is very bad manners & rude for all of your staff to talk amongst yourselves in another language especially when the person doing my nails did not make any attempt whatsoever to talk to me other than when she absolutely needed to. May I suggest that you train your staff to communicate better & maybe all of you need to limit your conversations amongst yourselves to when you have no customers or maybe speak english sometimes & include your customer in the conversation. I have been in public relations jobs all of my life so I do know what it is to provide a high quality of service. I would like to finally add that I am happy with the job that was done on my nails except for when I was leaving. Noone particularly looked at me to smile or say goodbye. Poor form!! :) Kind regards.
