I just received a call from this number and the guy (sounding Indian) said he was calling from the "National Do Not Call Register" and then started waffling on about my receiving nuisance calls. At that point I terminated the call. Checking the number it appears that it is a residential number in the ACT, so I called back. There was no pick up and eventually my call went to Telstra's 101 home message bank, which apparently was full.
