Caller: Supposedly Chinese Embassy

Received on mobile phone - English speaking (with Chinese accent) pre-recorded call - hung up before it launched into spiel. Only just reading yesterday about spam calls targeting Chinese people and students (although we are not Chinese but have had the mandarin speaking calls also!) but interesting it is hiding behind what appears to be a residential landline. This number called my husbands mobile then mine. Normally no longer answer - if an unknown or anonymous number we wait for a message to be left.
