my husband had a bone scan on 9th of Sep, waited 45 minutes before the first part of procedure. staff didn't tell the details about the procedure and it caused him a lot of inconvenience on his work. He was told to collect the films and report on 12th of Sep after 10am. When he reached the clinic at 12 noon, he was told the report was not ready. If the report can't be ready by 10am, why nobody bothered to inform him before he went there in vain??? I called clinic at 8:30am on 13th of Sep, the receptionist Karen's attitude was bad, impatient and tried to push me away when I insisted on collecting the report on the same day. It is a disaster for us to have such experience with National capital diagnostic imaging in Geils court. We will never go back there any more. Please put yourselves in patients' shoes. You can be a patient one day. How will you feel if the staff treat you like this??? (Could you please help transfer this comment to the right person if I write it in the wrong place? Thanks)
