Caller: It was an email from “Norton 360” to call this number This is a scam email from Norton 360 saying to call this number to cancel the subscription or they will charge $399.00, if u don’t have a Norton subscription this is a scam, if u do have a Norton subscription call them directly on their number and check, do not call the number they show

The same happened to me. Sending a direct debt invoice saying they have taken $399.00 from my account. Rang the number also but no answer either. So annoyingly frustrating!
