Caller: recorded msg in Mandarin update: staff have reported calls from a recorded voice speaking in Mandarin which claims to be from the Chinese Embassy and may ask for personal details, payment of fines or indicate packages for collection.
This is a known phone scam operating across Queensland and New South Wales. If you receive this call, please hang up immediately.

I received the same phone call and hang up immediately. I have heard a few of my friends receiving the same phone call. It is scam, happened in USA and Australia. Careful.
