Overall our experience with this restaurant was terrible. From the moment we walked in the door the customer service was terrible. The lady behind the counter (could have been the owner) was so rude we considered walking out the door however chose to persevere. Upon picking up our order I attempted to raise the issue of poor customer service with the lady and before I managed to get the sentence out I was told to not come back to the restaurant. She then followed us out of the store 'shooing' us and giving us dirty looks. This continued as we walked down the stairs and into the car park. We are still trying to work out what I did wrong for her to be so rude to us.
Now for the food. The spring rolls were tiny and tasteless. We ordered the roast duck which was over cooked and chewy. The coconut rice tasted like normal rice which may have been stored near coconuts at some point.
We did not need to get banned from this restaurant to stop us from coming back!
