DO NOT ask this franchise of Chem Dry to clean your carpets/rugs they took advantage of my elderly parents - they did not clean their rugs as quoted (with exceptional carpet cleaning services in Canberra and surrounding areas. We don't stop at carpets either! We are your complete solution for area rugs, upholstery, tile and grout cleanings as well. Our technicians are trained to deliver top-quality service at an excellent value)
My dad paid $90.00 cash -for 4 rugs to be cleaned and did not receive a receipt and the rugs were not 'cleaned' as would have been expected ( stains and general wear marks not removed) when we called to question that we were disappointed they said they could not remember the job and could not say what happened since they were cleaned, and would not come back and review the carpets and would charge another $90.00 if they did. I also requested a refund and PAUL gave me a straight NO without even a suggestion to come and review the work of the carpet cleaner MARK.
I would not recommend the services of Chem Dry.
