Caller: fake chinese embassy scammers

Previously attempted to call me pretending to be DHL from China, i said hello in chinese, i also said in chinese i don't speak mandarin, i also said i only speak english. The lady hung up on me,

Today i received a call they were pretending to be the chinese embassy and left a message form this number which apparently doesn't exist, i can not return the number either.
