Caller: Actew AGL Direct Sales Actew AGL Direct Sales team offering a new energy plan (I'm a previously customer from over a year ago). I confirmed the number and email address was legitimate via their normal switchboard before calling back. Their new offer was quite a bit cheaper than my current provider so I was happy to move back to them, also included $100 sign-on bonus.
