Caller: Presumed Scam Call went to voicemail - voicemail is a prerecorded voice all in Mandarin with soft music in background, not sure what it's saying. Attempted callback - always results in Call Failed. Checking others on here with the 026228 prefix, this is a scam that's been going on since 2018 targeting Chinese nationals, they just have a new number.
