See (02) 6228 3574 Exactly the same. This number (6228 3818) called a few minutes after the other one. This time I didn't hang up. The voice speaking in Chinese continued for several sentences, with a musical background. It then reverted to the "Chinese embassy in Australia" statement and started again. The loop played several times and then they hung up.
