Caller: Automated female voice, in mandarin saying it's from the Chinese embassy Trying to trick members of the Chinese community into handing over money for debts etc that don't even exist. I'm on the do not call register but this just keeps happening.

Caller: scam in Mandarin pretending to be Chinese Embassy Hang up. Designed to scare Mandarin speakers in Australia into paying money for fines or whatever.
