This number called my mobile. As I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know or am expecting, I rejected the call. They left a recorded message. It was a recorded message of a woman speaking in what I assume is Chinese or another Asian language. Number comes up as coming from Canberra on the Telstra network. I have received a similar call before from a different number which I blocked. Beware!
