Asian accent, recording in Englis & Chinese. Apparently l haven't done something, press 1 , blah, blah. Came up as Canberra number, incidently just prior to a genuine call from ACT. USUALLY Asian scam from Canberra number comes same time or within an hour of genuine call from mobile number of friend.
