Caller: Alpha FX

Investment scam. They ask you to invest using your money from your bank account, into an online software platform. They try to entice you to transfer money into a Bitcoin account, which they apparently have set up for you. Total scam, as pretty soon after investment your bank balance will show a negative balance due to your "apparent" trading losses. DO NOT invest in these scams, use a registered broker.
