Received a call this afternoon, 22nd June. "Technical Department of Telstra". Accented voice. I asked caller for my second name - he gave me my surname, which is in 'phone book. I asked again for my middle name, and he couldn't answer. (Telstra always ask me for my full name, D.O.B. and postal address, and as a precaution, I also ask THEM to tell me how I spell my second given name.) So I said, "Telstra can write me a letter", and hung up.
