I rang your service 11.40am on 2nd September to get mental health support. I was trying to find information on pacer. He had little knowledge of what service he was offering.so he became rude and said he didn't even know nsw. I felt suicidal after I called. I had to ring lifeline for support. I was trying to get support for if I'm in crisis and instead he turn the conversation into a crisis. So I left the call feeling worse and like there is no help out there for when your in mental health situation. I know now there Canberra service but Canberra is in nsw. He just lucky that the lifeline lady change my mind on taking my life or he would of killed me with his words and tone.
I know this isn't going to make a difference but next time he could cause death due to he Lack of compassion and knowledge he showed.
