Scam. Says he is calling from the ATO and wants our 'attorneys number' as ATO is charging us with fraud. Doubled checked with ATO (just to be sure) and is a load of rubbish. First I got a phone call and when I asked him to identify himself by reciting my tax number he hung up. Next thing, the idiot has left a message on our answering machine. If he calls back, I'll be giving him the police number as my 'attorney'. Ha ha
