Caller: UNKNOWN Received calls last 2 days from (02) 6190 9398 & 99 both numbers hung up after 3 secs so I called back on my unlisted work phone and Indian voice told me that they we doing comparisons of electricity bills and wanted my details. I said if they were legit they wouldn't ring and hang up within 3 secs and they hung up.
