Automted robot "confirming" an eBay purchase. Load of bull.

Got this call today and before answering new it was a scam haha answered it and I yelled over her and told her it was a scam made up some bullsh*t excuse to hang up and she said “can I call back later” did not receive a call back tonight

Caller: Some dodgy eBay scammer

Some idiot roboscammer called about a nonexistent eBay purchase. I let it go to voicemail. It mentioned a “purchase” of $299.99.
As if!

Called this number back and said they were eBay (some guy named Thomas Martin - clearly would not be his real name). Never called them and came up on phone as suspected spam.

Caller: said it was ebay

Wanted to chsrge me 9.90 per month for membership - only answered it - thought it msy be a relly

Scam. Call from 'eBay' who were debiting $299.99.

Didn't answer, robot left a message telling me to push 2 for a refund

I got a call, let it go to voice mail. They left a message but it was a voice recording saying about an amount be stopped, refunded or talk to representative, press 9. Can't press anything when a voice recording so I called back and someone international said its $299.99 from ebay marked to this number for an itunes gift card. I questioned that as I would not purchase that and they hung up. No messages on my ebay a/c... scam in my opinion

Missed calll, left a voicemail that sounded like it was cut off at the beginning but claiming I owe money for a deduction but I haven’t used eBay recently, especially for that much
So I’ve called back tried to say what exactly was the product but they just hang up… oh fyi the voicemail was robotic
