They are a service company that insert themselves between contractors, like plumbers, Electricians, HVAC etc and the main clients, like Hospitals, Universities, large manufacturers like BHP etc.

These types of "Software Companies" are parasites. They extract money from real service providers and honest contractors by selling to the end client that they will, "Free of Charge" run all aspects of "Compliance" for the contractors.

They demand fees from the Contractors who end up constantly answering automated emails and carrying out free data entry into their system about anything and everything you can imagine.
Improving "Safety" is their claim and excuse for existence. Truth is they have created a bullsh*t software based business that contractors pay them to be tormented by.

It is far from free to the end client. Any contractor I know that accepts this sh*t, jacks up the price of the job to cover their aggravation and waste of time.
