I got 2 messages with a computer voice saying they are from the legal department of the ATO and that there is an affidavit against me and that my house is under surveillance and I must call them immediately.. I have checked directly with the ATO and there is nothing , It is an ATO based scam..

Left message saying my house is under servalliance and there was a court stuff against me and to call, sounded like a recording. When I phoned foreign voice said they are an official with ATO, I said oh your a scam, they told me I would be arrested, I said just try it and what idiots they are for a stupid scam, again said I'm going to be arrested, yeah right.
