Caller left a clipped message (sounded like a recording) that just stated: "my account would be automatically debited for $89.99 and if I wanted to cancel press1 or to claim for refund press 2 or talk to our representative press 3". Obviously a phishing scam so I deleted the message.

Left a voice message with my mother, who is 91, that she, or someone else, ( it was not clear), had purchased a gift card for $299, and that this charge would be ongoing, if it was not cancelled at that moment.

Call left auto-recording saying an amount would be taken from my account unless I pressed certain numbers. Called number back but automatically hung up

Caller: ‘Reversing a credit amount from my account’

A robotic voice saying that they are going to reverse their credit from my account. I rang back and strangely it rings out 🤐I also tried dialing them straight from the message they left and then onto an option (speak to person) again, and so very surprising, no one answered 😵‍💫😵‍💫🫤🫤 lucky that I don’t have an account anymore for banking 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤐🤐 scammers are just annoying

Voicemail left from a missed call. Message difficult to hear but I did catch “will be deducted immediately from your account” so I hung up on the voicemail and didn’t press 1 as requested.

Supposedly from E-Bay asking me about gift cards.

Recorded message advising they were deducting money from my account! Had options to choose.

Left a message about debiting $299.99 out of my "account". Press 1 to speak to manager etc, press 2 to cancel etc. Obviously a scam. Number now blocked.

Robotic VM stating 299 will leave my account, called number back. Was apparently eBay customer service, which is strange because I don't have eBay lol....wanted my phone number and what sort of phone I was using, strong indian accent...I hung up

Claimed that ebay was about to debit my account 299.99 and I needed to press 1 to cancel. I hung up.

Caller: Said she was from ebay

That someone had purchased gift card for $299 on my ebay account and was checking my bank details. I hung up on her.
