A scam for sure. Another today with a different number (02) 6100 3648.
If you call back it will authenticate your phone number and therefore be of more value when they re-sell the list.

Robo voice - claims to be calling from ATO and have a lawsuit filed against my name and it's time critical for me to call them back to discuss this 'critical' situation.

He phoned my daughter and claimed to be from the ATO and said she needed a lawyer because of a pending tax investigation!
