in a text message to my phone was this message "You have an affidavit against your name and you are the primary suspect "so do not" the text ended there

this was the message and when i rang back after 8 trys a guy finally answered i asked his name and what the business was he said his name is Edward Hoff (in a very heavy Indian i think accent) and he not too clearly said a business name and that i am in a bit of trouble !! he then asked my name and i said you have it there you called me regarding the affidavit you have my name after about 30 seconds oF silence he said and i quote ""YOU F*&%^$ BITCH"" end of call ..

Missed call, left a machined generated voice mail saying to call back this number instead of ATO number. Scam
