Caller: Scam call

Claiming to be ATO. Fraud has been committed in my name and if I didn’t call the phone number it could end up in federal court.
Had similar scams on my home phone but this one called my mobile.

Robot Woman Voice: My account has a lean. Paperwork sent to address has come back unsigned. Going to prison unless I call ASAP. Time sensitive blah blah blah blah blah

Scam claiming to come from the ATO

Same as all others...
I called the number the responder said "i dont know why you're calling, you called me" "I just need to collect your name"... I hung up

They Left a audio message on my mobile.Saying my hole family is being investigated for tax fraud and a law suit has been filed against us, please call back this number ASAP to resolve this matter .

Claiming to be ATO. Said I needed to return the call otherwise I would be arrested for fraud against my name.

Aggressive automated call to mobile from a strange number (061261761088) requesting that I call (02) 6176 1088 otherwise I will be put before a federal court for Tax Fraud.

This number has been reported to law enforcement and the ATO as a scam call.

Claiming to be ATO legal department. Recording telling me that fraud has been committed in my name and that I should call the phone number before the case ends up in Federal Court.

Initially received recorded message robotic voice allegedly from the ATO and when called back they rudely were suggesting I had committed tax fraud and they were going to send an officer of the law to come an arrest me within the hour and then be held in custody for 90 days until court hearing. Asked if I had a lawyer and they inferred the cost of the ATO court case will be over 40k over a 5k tax error/fraud. Then they tried to convince me to settle out of court over the phone, all complete bogus. Tried to obtain personal information so be wary of this scam, which is probably from an overseas call center with a masked caller id (that is likely to change).

Automated ATO message saying I committed tax fraud and would be arrested if I don’t call them back.

Scam caller claiming to be from ATO. Possibly Indian. Saying warrant out for my arrest because of fraudulent tax lodgement - bill out standing etc.
