It's a scam. It sounded like a busy call center. Plus when she gave me the number to call back she said 202 4706 284. If she was from the united states she would know that it's 202-470-6284. Plus anytime someone asks you to pay a fee to get money...it is a scam! Don't be a fool. If they could afford to give you 10 k they could afford the stamp and the "processing" fee.

It's a major scam...Think about it logically....If I came to you in the street and said "hey you've just won some cash", "but first you neeed to pay me 299 dollars"Would that not be enough to send alarm bells ringing?If its not.... Wouldn't you ask yourself... Hang on, which competition did I enter to win this money In the first place?IT IS A SCAM!!!!
