Some pre-recorded msg saying it's commwealth or something and it's the last warning. didn't get to the end of the msg. hung up

Left same msg as 2017 reports - tax file number will be cancelled and police will attend.

I missed a call from this number and the message was about a lien for fraudulent and suspicious activities; registered address mail being returned unsigned and undelivered. When I rang back they claimed to be from the ATO and they asked for my name and Tax File Number. When I refused to give my TFN as it might be scam the person replied that it wasn't a scam but then just hung up

Just got the same call - did anyone get any follow up calls?

Called me saying I owed unpaid taxes, used my preferred name, not my given name. Wouldn't give a straight answer when I pressed them for details, only threatened police.

Received very cryptic voice recording alleging tax dispute and stating law enforcement official will come to my door unless I call the number back.

No reference number given, no clear identification of government agency. I reckon it's a scam, will re-post with any new developments.
