Caller: A scammer apparently from the ATO

I recieved a call from this number 10 minutes ago, it was a computer generated voice with an American accent.

“He” told me that a file against me from the taxation department was happening and if I didn’t call this number back the police would come and arrest me!

SCAM just hang up and laugh
Due to the threat though (not appreciated lol) I’m going to let the police know, also with this number

Said there was a court order and if I didn't call back they would arrest me

Same this scammer called me this morning told me the police are on there way to arrest me told him im out the front waiting come get me d*ck head he hung up what a scammer

A scammer from “ATO” saying that there is going to be a lawsuit filed under my name. It was also in a robotic voice recording voice.

aI just received this phone call threatening me too.

Its a computer generated message so it sounds automated stating its the ATO and needs u to call back

same ! happened to me and the told me to call this number: (02) 6172 0806 and if i dont call i will be arrested so i called them and the guy asked my name and the told me that they've done a random check on my account then asked me if i have a loyer and when i asked him 2 times why i need a loyer he hung up

I received a voice mail saying 5 mins ago saying "Is that there is a case I lost you(?). Getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message. I need you to get back to me.”

I just got the same call from (02) 6172 0806 stating their is a lawsuit pending and if I don’t call back an arrest warrant will be issued!

Got a call today from this number with an African accent automated call. ATO tax scam.

i had a call from a computer generated voice saying i need to call them back asas as i would be arrested if not for tax fraud

call from the ato , american accent, they are going to file fraud charges against me, what bullsh*t is this, why do the authorities not do something about this.

As above. ATO would never contact you in this manner. It's a scam.

Yeah, got the same message a few minutes ago.
