My elderly Parents received a message from the "tax department" to call this number

got this call said I better phone back or suffer the consequences must be a scam

I also got a call from this number saying he was from the tax department, then I typed the number into google and found this site. Given the info found here I will ingnore the call. Thank you

Left a message claiming I was bing sued by the ATO in the Commonwelath Court House and I must call them back quickly to avoid serious consequences. Caller had a Filippino accent

Appears to be a scam line, they left a message to call this number back claiming to be from the "tax department" and to call back immediately to avoid "harsh consequences"
