Caller: I don't know but she was a foul mouthed foreign woman. A foul mouthed foreign woman rang me at 8:45pm. Said she was returning my call about financial assistance. I told her I have never ever asked anyone for assistance and told her I'm not interested. She called me a "f@#king dumb bitch", she said I was "psycho" and said she could sing me to sleep. She kept swearing and singing at me. I was so frightened and still am. Please, we need to stop this person.
