Caller: They said they were Microsoft Support I had had a warning on my screen about a Trojan Horse. It said not to turn the computer off but to ring Microsoft on the above number. The person who answered did not speak well and reception was poor so I hung up. Then somebody else rang who spoke well but wanted me to bring up Quick Assist. I did not trust them and said I was busy. They said they would ring back in an hour but did not.
