Call went to answer machine but no message left.

There was no answer when I picked up my phone and said hello

Said I will get 30% off my bill and asked how much did I pay. He asked a few more questions. I was vague in my answers. Did not want to give to much info, before I knew more. I told him I was on a 12 month contract, which I'm not, and he said thank you, goodbye and hung up. Indian/Pakistan sounding caller with strong accent.

Silence for 9 seconds then a weird noise and hung up

Said I now get 30% off my bill and how much did I pay last month, I said I don't know it is automatic then they hung up. Indian sounding caller.
